Harvested in May to August, the summer truffle has a black exterior and hazelnut interior with a mild, pleasant flavor. Preserved in its own juice using traditional methods, it can be enjoyed year-round, either grated or added to dishes.

Year-Round Use
The truffle is cooked with water and salt to preserve its natural flavor in the juice. It’s ideal for light dishes like omelets and cold soups. Its delicate taste is best paired with salads and soups, and the juice can also enhance dishes.

Storage:
Store unopened jars in a cool, dry place for up to 5 years. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 7 days.
